A Beef Share is your chance to reserve a guaranteed share of one of our 100% Grass-Finished cows raised on regenerative land practices. Perfect for a family for the year, fill your freezer with delicious, omega 3 rich, grass-fed beef or go shares with some friends.

We process beef every month. Once you place a deposit we will send you an email with the details of the next available beef and a cuts options list.

You can expect about 60% assorted prime cuts such as:

Ribeye (or Scotch Fillet)

T-Bone (or Porterhouse + Fillet Mignon)

Rump

Short Ribs

Brisket

Eye Fillet (Beef Tenderloin)

Osso Bucco; and

Roasts such as Topside, Silverside and Blade.

And about 40% Ground Beef.

Our grass-fed beef is a flat rate of $25/kg and it is dry aged for 10 days, portion packed, cryovaced and labelled. The final weight will be around 150kg.

Once the final weight is determined it will be deducted from the deposit and you will have to pay the balance before or on the day of pickup.

Pick will be from FUNK BREWSHED, 38 Swan St Henley Brook.
