Our Story

We are a 3,300 acre family farm in Toodyay practicing Regenerative Ag and Allan Savory's Holistic Grazing Management of our cattle.

 

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. No grain or soy are fed to our animals ever and we do not use antibiotics or growth hormones.

We also raise Jersey milking cows, heritage Berkshire pigs (fed on fresh apples from our cidery in the Swan Valley) and grow ancient grains such as Spelt wheat.

Our cattle are raised without hormones, antibiotics, or harmful pesticides. We use holistic grazing practices to grass-finish our cattle without the use of fattening grains and crowded feedlots, bringing your family a healthier, more environmentally friendly beef.

We are a family farm doing what we believe is best for the soil, animal and human health.  Our predominantly Red Angus x Hereford cattle are raised on perennial grasses and legumes, sea salt, sunshine, spring water and fresh air 365 days of the year. 100% grass-fed and grass-finished our beef is high in omega-3 fats and rich in minerals and vitamins such as iron, zinc, magnesium and vitamin E, for your health and well-being.
